Open a web browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari all work.
Go to Outlook on the web. Enter outlook.com in the address bar and press Enter.
Sign in with your Outlook (Microsoft) account. Skip this if you're already signed in.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner (your current photo or your initials).
Open your profile. Select My profile — or choose My Microsoft account, then Your info on the left. Both routes show your current photo at a larger size.
Click "Change photo" to open the editor. (This reads Add photo if you've never set one.)
Choose your image. Click Change, browse your computer, select your image, and click Open. You can also drag and drop an image into the drop zone.
Adjust the image using the Zoom and Rotate tools, and click and drag to reposition it within the frame.
Click "Save." Your new picture is now applied.
💡 Tip: Refresh the Outlook.com page to confirm the change. Your new photo will gradually sync to the desktop app and other Microsoft services (wait 10-15mins)
